Throughout the course of the renovation, Mr. Roberts was a consummate professional. He was accurate in his initial assessment of the scale and cost of our project. He chose and managed the sub-contractors well.
Our job was done with care and precision.
In addition, he is extremely clean and tidy in the workplace. He and his assistant never left the worksite in disarray. They vacuumed all drywall dust daily. Mr. Roberts took special care to prevent any of the job dust from trailing throughout the house.
I could not recommend Casa Parisi highly enough.

Based on our recent experience, I would highly recommend Marc Roberts to anyone who wants to build an outbuilding.
We selected Casa Parisi to build a L-shape timber outbuilding in a location (TW17) very close to water and a landfill site. Despite of the lengthy permission procedures with various authorities, Marc was always there ready to support. He is very good at listening to the requirements and has been very flexible and creative in tailoring his solutions accordingly.
Marc managed various parties involved in the building work, from material suppliers and waste clearing services providers, to plasterers and electrician. The transitions were seamless most of the time. The quality of the building work is sound. A couple of the workers could improve their attention to details on the final finishes, although Marc always makes his effort in his after-service to our satisfaction.

Marc Roberts and his team from Casa Parisi did a fantastic job on renovating a ground floor garage and utility room in to a fully self contained apartment. The process was easy, from talking with Marc about ideas and the initial quote to agreeing the finishing touches; there was good communication throughout the build. The work was done to a very high standard – each person in the team is skilled in a particular area (i.e. carpenter/electrics/plumbing etc), and we were impressed with their work rate, politeness and enthusiasm.
There was a very good attention to the finish. The team were tidy and respectful of our space and were always very helpful. We’ve never undergone such extensive building work and would recommend without hesitation Marc and his team.
We know from past experience and from the experience of friends that builders can be a nightmare of unreliability , cut corners and poor business practice. We can honestly say, however, that having Marc and his team on site was a pleasure , that everything went to plan , that everyone was extremely friendly and helpful , that the work was done to a very high standard. On the odd occasion when something wasn’t quite right it was corrected immediately. Marc also brought ideas for how to improve the design and worked with us at all times.

Casa Parisi undertook a large extension to my property, the work was completed within less time than expected and within the budget that was first quoted, this alone was refreshing having worked with other building firms in the past. The work was completed to an extremely high standard and I am very happy with the results. The work involved taking down a number of walls and created a large amount of dust that could have been very intrusive to our family life, however this was managed very professionally and did not impact our daily lives at all.

I write this letter to recommend Casa Parisi Ltd as a general builder. I worked with Marc and his team between October and December 2014 to turn an old family home from the 70’s into a modern, bright and functional family home for modern day living.
Marc was very quick to provide a quotation after visiting the property to discuss my requirements and to review the plans I had created and the prices quoted were very competitive.
The job involved removing walls, installing steel structures, kitchen fitting, plumbing, carpentry and gas fitting and Marc was very accepting of mind changed mid project and was able to accommodate these with little fuss.
The team of tradesmen that Marc works with are a great bunch who work hard and produce a good finish.
The craftsmanship is excellent, cleanliness and tidiness and timekeeping were all very good throughout the project.
In addition to the above the Casa Parisi team were helpful in supporting whilst we lived through the renovation works by trying make the house a liveable as possible but also trying to push the project on by working on weekends and during the evenings in the week.
